1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sponsors (“the Sponsor”, “you”) engaging with Le Tour Du Hack 2026 (“the Event”), organised by the Le Tour Du Hack team and the ENUSEC team (“the Organiser”). By submitting a sponsorship form or agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Terms of Payment
- Payments must be made through bank transfer, with details found via invoice provided to the Sponsor by the Organiser.
- Sponsorship payment must then be made within 14 days of the invoice being received; exceptions must be approved by the Organiser and noted in writing.
- Late payment may result in sponsorship privileges being revoked and given to another organisation where possible, with fair notice provided.
- The Organiser reserves the right to deny any sponsorship they deem unsuitable for Le Tour Du Hack 2026 and holds sole authority to determine what is unsuitable.
- By sponsoring Le Tour Du Hack 2026, you agree that money paid for the sponsorship is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
- Proof of third-party liability insurance for business costs associated with the conference must be supplied. Failure to include this may result in ENUSEC withdrawing the booking.
3. Use of Branding in ENUSEC Media
By sponsoring Le Tour Du Hack, you agree to the use of your company name and logo in any and all promotional materials produced by the Organiser for use in advertisement and promotion of Le Tour Du Hack, including official event media.
4. Booths
- Sponsors with Platinum or Gold packages will be allocated booth space at the event venue.
- Booths must be staffed by delegates attending using the complimentary tickets provided; additional delegates must purchase extra tickets.
- Once the venue is confirmed, booth dimensions will be provided. Sponsors bringing their own booth structures are responsible for assembly and disassembly, and must disclose booth specifics in advance.
- If required, booths will be provided with tables and chairs proportional to the sponsorship package.
- Distribution of resources is only permitted at your designated sponsor booth and must relate specifically to your organisation.
- Any payment transactions at sponsor stalls are strictly forbidden.
- The Organiser retains the right to veto any goods deemed offensive.
- All booth resources must be cleared by the end of the disassembly period; leftover items are not the Organiser’s responsibility.
- Failure to comply with these Terms may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
5. Cancellation and Postponement
- If the Event is postponed, all activities will be rescheduled, and sponsorship fees will automatically apply to the new date.
- If the Event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, sponsors will be informed promptly. Refunds may be considered depending on circumstances and at the Organiser’s discretion.
6. GDPR
By completing and submitting any sponsorship-related document for Le Tour Du Hack 2026, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by the Organiser in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Your personal information will be used solely for sponsorship administration, event coordination, and relevant communications.
- Data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes and legal obligations.
- You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

7. Conduct and Expulsion
- All sponsors and representatives must uphold the values of Le Tour Du Hack 2026 and comply with all event terms and policies.
- Failure to comply may result in expulsion without refund.
- The Organising Team will strive to resolve issues fairly; expulsion will only occur after careful review.
- Only authorised members of the Le Tour Du Hack team may enforce expulsion.
- Open and respectful communication is encouraged, and efforts will be made to resolve concerns before formal action is taken.
